The Enchanted Forest Puppet Show

Yesterday at School we were entertained by three puppeteers who performed with their puppets to give us a strong message about how we need to protect our native birds. Old tuatara was one of the main characters and he was telling us about the rat and the possum who were stealing the eggs from the birds.

Yesterday we were entertained by Elgregoe and Sue with their performance all about having the power to stand up for yourself.They did this show using some magic tricks.At the end it was about showing :

Worm Farm

Last Wednesday Mary Curnow came to school and talked to us about worm farms. She brought along her own worm farm that she had been developing for the last 3 years. She had about 4000 worms in it and we all got to have a close look at the worms.
